One of the most surprising, and interesting, uses for our steel sheet that we’ve come across is in the garden. We’re not talking garden sheds (although our customers are very good at using metal to make those), but the stemming of the growth of bamboo. The planet’s fastest-growing plant makes an excellent screen, but it’s so aggressive in its growth that it can quickly take over and spread on to neighbours’ property. One of the few methods that actually works to stop the spread is the installation of a sheet metal barrier underneath the ground. Simple and very effective.
